Modbury Private Hire Taxi was established in 2023 and is run by myself Duncan. I have a previous military, engineering and management background. In 2022 I found myself looking for a change of direction  and it was evident that Modbury needed a taxi service. We have been encouraged and supported by the local community to start the Modbury Private Hire Taxi service and we are grateful for all of the advice and encouragement provided.

We can provide local journeys, train pick ups and airport transfers. No run is too small or to big.

The current vehicle sits four adults comfortably and has a spacious boot for luggage.

Bookings are followed up by a confirmation text and I text on my arrival for pick up for all one way and return journeys to include my name, type of car and registration number.

I personally make sure all my taxi journeys are safe and reliable. I make no apologies for generally being early - its a military thing !

We work on a pre-priced system so you do not have any unexpected charges at the end of the journey. 

Payment can be made by cash or card machine and receipts can be provided.
